AI video generator: from one sentence to a finished video

What an AI video generator does

You give it an instruction, and it predicts every frame of a video that fits. There is no stock library behind it and no template being filled in. The people, places and movement are created for your request. Good models also produce the audio at the same time, so the sound belongs to the picture.

Most generators work one clip at a time, and a clip usually lasts somewhere between 8 and 30 seconds. That suits a social post, but anything longer means generating lots of clips and joining them yourself, and that is usually where characters change, the story wanders and the work piles up.

It then renders them in order so each shot follows on from the last. You get a single MP4 rather than a folder of parts. The same process runs from a few seconds up to 20 minutes.

How to get a good result

1. Start small. Try a short version at 480p first. It costs less and tells you whether the idea works.
2. Describe what we see. “A woman opens a letter in a quiet kitchen and starts to cry with joy” works far better than “a video about good news”.
3. Name the look. Add the style, the light and the mood. The styles page has the words to use.
4. Change one thing at a time. That way you learn what each word is doing.

Choosing a model

You pick the model in the studio. Wan 3.0 is the best value and a good default. Seedance 2.0 Mini is the cheapest way to make longer videos. What it will not do

Generated text on screen is unreliable, so add titles afterwards. Very fine hand movements can look wrong. Use it for your own ideas, and do not use it to depict real people without their consent or to present invented events as real footage.
