Are free videos really only 5 seconds?
The free video is a short 5-second preview so you can see the quality. Every plan makes full videos from 1 minute up to 5 minutes, and up to 20 minutes on Pro, with voices, music and the same characters all the way through.
Can I get free credits without paying?
Yes, two ways. Share one of your videos from your dashboard with your personal link: if the post brings people to the site, we add credits — enough for a 30-second, a 1-minute or even a 20-minute video, depending on how far it travels. Or invite friends with your link and earn 30% of their first subscription payment.
How long can my videos be?
Up to five minutes, or 20 minutes on the Pro plan. Choose any length in the studio — a few seconds, or 1, 2, 3 or 5 minutes, and 10 or 20 on Pro — and you always see the credit cost before you generate. Longer videos take a little longer to make, and we email you when yours is ready.
What is a credit?
Credits are the allowance a video is priced against. The cost depends on length, model and resolution — 480p costs half of 720p, and 1080p twice — and you always see the price before you generate.
Am I charged for failed generations?
No. If a render fails or is cancelled, the credit returns to your balance automatically. You only pay for video that actually arrives.
Is there a watermark on any plan?
No. Videos are delivered clean on every tier, including the free preview.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes, on every tier including free. You own the videos you generate and can use them in advertising, on social media and for client work.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current period, and videos you have already made stay in your library and remain downloadable.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset each billing period. Credits bought as a one-off pack do not expire.
